In the name of Allah the Most Gracious the Most Merciful

Praise be to Allah, the lord of the worlds, and peace and prayers be upon our Prophet, Muhammad, and upon his family and companions.

Pakistan has been affected by massive floods that have killed thousands and displaced millions of civilians. Entire villages were drowned and road and infrastructure were destroyed. While pained by this drastic event, the Syrian Islamic Council, offers it condolences and Sympathy to the brotherly Pakistani people, and prays God to have mercy on the killed, heal the wounded, help the injured and shelter the displaced one. At the same time, the Syrian Islamic council calls upon all Muslim countries, people and organizations, to provide assistance and aid to our brothers in Pakistan to alleviate their suffering and meet their needs; may Allah, Glory be to Him, alleviate their suffering and all Muslims’, and our last prayer is praise be to God, the Lord of the Worlds.
